Yuri Lowell will be sentenced today for murder and assault. The punishment will be a hundred lashes: ten lashes for each victim killed and assaulted during the duration of his rampage. This sentence will be carried out today at Xanadu, at two o'clock.

Even if Yuri and I weren't friends, it wouldn't be right to beat him within an inch of his life. The sentence we decided on was a hundred lashes, and it'll be just that.
